Admission Information

Thank you for considering St. Anne & St. Jude Catholic School. We would be honored to educate your child(ren)!

We are available to answer any questions you may have. For general questions, please call the office at (803) 775-3632 and speak with the secretary. If you have specific questions that require contact with a particular person, see the faculty directory under "About Us" or ask the secretary to help connect you.

You are also welcome to tour the school throughout the year. An appointment is recommended for school tours. Teachers can be available to answer the questions of prospective families.

In addition, we would like to invite you to join our students and parishioners as they participate in the weekly all-school Mass. The school's weekly Mass is generally held on Friday mornings at 8:15 a.m. throughout the school year. This is an excellent way for prospective families to get a sense of the Christian environment that is at the heart of St. Anne & St. Jude Catholic School.

Q:  What is the application process? What paperwork will I need?
A:  A complete registration application consists of the following:

  • Completed Registration Form
  • A non-refundable Registration fee for each child
  • Most recent year's school records-report cards, attendance records and behavior records-for each child (not required for Kindergarten)
  • Any available standardized test records for each child (not required for Kindergarten)
  • Immunization records for each child

Q: What are the deadlines for submitting an application?
A:  Applications are accepted year-round. Students may be enrolled throughout the year if openings exist.

Q: When will I know if my child has been admitted? How will I be contacted?
A:  You will be notified of acceptance by letter. The school requires a complete registration application (see above) before making a decision on acceptance. Please be sure to update us if your contact information changes.

Q: When will the school know if a particular grade has space available for next year?
A:  Open enrollment begins February 1st. Currently enrolled students register in early February for the following year. After the current student registration period concludes, new students enroll based on the space available in each grade. A child may be placed on a waiting list when necessary.
